Model basis and source drawings
Based on the supplied aerial camera marks, site photographs and Hackett Holland existing and proposed drawings. Architectural finishes are interpretive. This is a proportional planning model, not a measured survey or certified CCTV design. Vegetation is decorative; glazing is treated as screening. Unknown materials, hoarding and construction details are not modelled.
